“Received notification of a parcel in my cluster box and the key provided did not open the parcel box. Call the PO and was told they would check it out. Just received a call from the Andover Post Office that they had hand deliver the package to my door. Great service!!”
“This post office is very reliable and the front desk workers are kind and patient. There used to be a rude lady who worked at the desk but she is no longer there.”

“In the past 7 days, they’ve “lost” 3 packages. You go and try to see why, “there’s nothing we can do here”. All of my packages say delivered in my mailbox but there’s never anything there. Its getting expensive and inconvenient trying to replace something you can’t get in stores.Edit: the new mail carrier accidentally put my mail in my neighbors box(we have a parcel). After I brought it to their attention, they reached out and fixed the problem!”
“We came in not knowing what we were doing, mailing many important documents, and our associate was so helpful. He was friendly and engaging as well as over the top helpful. He made sure that we got the certified mail so that we could be prepared for any mishaps that are possible. Great experience.”
“I’m not sure which postal service this kind mailman worked for, but he saw that I was struggling getting up my stairs since I just had surgery on my foot and had a cast. He offered to help and I probably would have never made it to my house without him. I just hope he gets a raise.”

“The staff at this location is amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure I received my first class mail when my actual delivery date was not until the following day. I was so touched by their efforts to deliver my mail. Huge shout to each and everyone of the employees at this location!!!”
“I use a walker and ramp very easy to use. I do wish there was a handicapped door that would stay open for a little bit though. Doors were hardest to navigate.
Staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. They had a large selection of their different stamps.”

“Everyone was so helpful! Very thorough with the passport explanation process via phone. Make sure to call and schedule an appointment for passport services first as they don’t do walk ins. There were others there getting USPS services and the staff was very efficient”
