“I am a coin roll hunter! I sieze every opportunity I can to sift through rolls of coins for hours upon hours and then when I have a bag of coins that I cannot barely carry I haul them into the bank to turn back into cash only to do the same thing again. Some banks get frustrated and I understand why. You can just feel the tension in the air when you go to cash in hundreds and thousands of coins only to swap them out again. I am passionate about coins and it is my happy place. Intrust bank on 21st and Amidon is one of the only banks I can say has never made me feel uncomfortable like I was a burden and draining resources when I am exchanging the loads of change I enjoyed searching for treasure. Small town atmosphere and friendly staff.”
“Our Twin Lakes Fidelity branch is great; never long to wait on Lobby service and convenient for payment drops. When I recently had an issue with some overdraft fees charged to our account, I accessed Fidelity chat through my mobile app, twice, and got all my questions and issues resolved in two brief sessions. Great service from Kyli and Christi working together via chat to address the issue. As a hearing impaired client this is a valuable and easy to use service for me and appreciate having that access. This is why we have banked with Fidelity for nearly 30 years!”

“This bank, especially, the Andover, KS one, is beyond what I could have ever imagined! Every time I walk in there, they ALWAYS greet me by my first name! This is huge, considering I also use another big bank right across the street and hate every time I have to step foot in there. Simply, because they do not take customer service seriously like Emprise Bank does. Today, my wife and I needed something notarized and Brian (manager) took the time and made sure all our paperwork was right, AND then faxed it for us to the appropriate receiver.
