Fixed mower under warranty. Didnt even buy it feom them but they are cub cadet dealer and saved me over 900 bucks. Lots of knowledgeable staff and a young man named Jackson found something noonelse could.Thanks

In spite of a unique situation resulting from an online purchase, Geri and the staff at Waters Hardware worked tirelessly to provide me with a satisfactory resolution to my dilemma. Geri in particular went above and beyond to communicate to me directly what the nature of the issue was and what she was doing to resolve it. Thank you Geri, and thank you Waters Hardware!! :)

Do not rent from this store. We tried renting a wood chipper and they told us to come back after 2 hours or we'd be charged an extra day only to find out the wood chipper was in repair. Never going there again.

Waters hardware is one of the few places in Manhattan that sells tools that are made in the USA.They also don't have empty shelves, are very polite when you're in a bad mood from not having the tools you need.We've also used Gerkins rental, and the service was great. My wife and I are not skid steer pros, but we mostly did what we wanted to do.I no longer shop at Home Depot because they rarely have what I want. It's Waters Hardware for me from now on.

Hard to get help at the store, the seem to get overwhelmed with just 3 customers walking through the door. Seems understaffed resulting in poor customer service.

Rented a garbage skid steer only used it half the rental because it had no power their management is trash definitely would not recommend

They helped me a LOT trying to figure out how to refinish my hardwood floors by myself. Customer service is above and beyond!! Super knowledgeable and helpful.

Literally only one star because I can’t give less than one star and put a review. The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, which makes sense because the manager is the exact same way. Not caring at all about their mess up on our Penske truck rental, not being clear at all about what they were giving us versus what we reserved. When confronted they just kept saying call Penske. Penske is great and has great customer service, Waters has absolutely horrendous customer service and shouldn’t be allowed to tarnish Penskes name like this.

Too hard to do business with this place. Waited 10 min for a $6 cash refund on hardware, that required a manager password. Finally left.

If I could give more stars I would. This is my favorite hardware store. It's very clean,organized, and well stocked. I can always count on Geri and Greg to answer any questions I might have. Shawn is the best manager I have seen in a long time. He is very hands on and will go out of his way to help you find what your looking for. He is also amazing with his staff. He treats them like his own family. I live in JC and make the drive all the way to Manhattan because of how great they are.
