What’s the point of having lights in your parking lot if you don’t bother turning them on? This location has plenty of lamps to light the parking area, but they all either don’t work, or they aren’t turning them on. I’m not trying to risk my life just to get into a Walmart. They’re sacrificing customer safety to save money.

Last week I returned an item to Walmart, they gave me a gift card. I put it in my wallet and shopped groceries. When I went to self check the card did not work. I asked for help, one employee she said "I can't help you", walked off, then came back and said if I put it in near my phone it demagnetizes the card, like I should have known that. So I paid and went to customer service to get a new card or cash, or put back on my card. Nope! Can't do anything without a manager, no managers around. She said had I gone thru a non self check out, they could just type in the numbers. Claimed the gift card was good. Jump to today... Regular check out, card didn't work, clerk could not type it in, called in a not quite manager, who tried over and over, holding up the people behind me. I asked to please just let it go and let me just pay so I don't delay others any longer. (3 x I asked). Finally she cancelled the transaction and took us to customer service where she had to scan in our cart items again. Then continued to get card to work. It was adding the amount to be taken off! Finally, she said I'm just going to have you pay and she'll give me the cash for the gift card. I give kudos to this for working so hard to make this right. Now please know I was never upset with the person's trying to help me. I am usually pretty easy going and polite. Until... we were stopped by the door checker, she took my receipt and was going over everything in our bags. She then said that we only had one windshield fluid in the receipt and not two, and she would need to call someone over like we did it on purpose. I said you have got to be kidding me. We just spent over 30 minutes checking out twice, last time by a possible manager in customer service, it was just missed. We said, just keep the fluid! We are done with Walmart!! She said again I'll need to call someone over again like we were trying to steal a washer fluid, that Dan had just handed over. I understand that was her job and people do try to get away with things. But she could have dropped the attitude. And it was Walmart personnel checking me out. I took a deep breath and walked out without saying more. She said no more to us. It was a very frustrating experience that didn't need to be.

Great Walmart to stop in and grab something quickly from their areas inside the doorways. Service here is always great and honestly really thankful for them working through Holidays like they do.

My review was based on my experience. Your experience will vary depending on time of day, what you are looking for and what you expect to find. For example......you go on Walmart's website looking for let's saaaay a specific box of crayons. So you find this box of crAyons on Walmart's website and it says they have it in store...... Dont expect the Walmart to have it in store and if this store does have it and you can't find it, don't expect to easily find someone to help you find it.If that's something you could understand and if you are one of those proficient people who don't need to be spoonfed on finding things, you'll be fine here. I came here looking for some car care products. I found everything I was looking for so I grabbed it and walked out happy. You may want a certain brand of cookies and they wont have it. So you won't buy it and you're leaving unhappy. This is a Walmart...they do what they can to keep shelves stocked while giving you the best prices around so just keep that in mind.Happy shopping tho....?

Love how big and nice this walmart is, compared with Junction City's its an amazing store I also didn't get treated like a thief after self checkout like the other one does no matter what you have when walking out. I prefer this walmart when I need anything, not groceries.

I had a very pleasant experience at Walmart curbside pickup especially services provided by Nevah. She was very genuine, helpful and gave excellent customer service. She always has a smile on her face and looks like she enjoys what she does. Mom and I look forward to our grocery pick up each week to see our “friend.” Nevah is unmatched!! Thank you for your service ?

My husband and I were in the self checkout a few days ago and we’re interrupted multiple times by the attendant and then eventually she decided to just take over entirely and ring everything out for us. I wouldn’t mind if we had chosen a checkout lane but we hadn’t. I also personally am particular about how I have my groceries bagged and she removed everything from the bags I had them in and just bagged them however she pleased. Not to mention invading my space, which being 6 months pregnant I was not happy about. I believe the woman’s name was Tammy. And every time I attempted to help I was told very rudely that it’s fine and she had it under control. Overall not pleased.

It's a Walmart. Never mind anyone to help, everyone that you find is sticking but doesn't know the inventory. No one around the dressing rooms... The grocery part is the only area with people who know things. 40 lanes...30 of which are self checkout....

Went to sporting goods, where it's never manned, and pressed the call associate button. After 3 presses and ten minutes a fellow comes over and offers help. He tells me he doesn't have the necessary key but knows where the guy is who has the key. The same guy comes back 5 minutes later and tells me the guy with the key is on break and I could get what I wanted if I just wait another 10 minutes for the key holder to get off break. Anyway, I know people need breaks, but that's some busted stuff, just having the only key on some guy who's going to make customers wait out his break to buy merchandise.

This Walmart moved to automatic checkout only except for the tobacco purchases lane. They did provide better self-checkout arrangements than earlier versions, but if you have an entire cart of groceries, you're going to be doing a two-person job with one person.Instead they encourage you to use grocery pick up after ordering online by converting 40+ of their closest parking spots into pickup locations that are barely used and sit empty most of the time.I've now started going to Hy-Vee and Dillon's more.

Clean store, has everything you can need, the salon is awesome too! But what really stood out to me is Miss Ann the door greeter. She is exceptional at her job. She is on top of saying good morning or afternoon or welcome to Walmart and being very very friendly. She does a great job at checking the receipts and making sure no one is stealing and if there ever is a problem she is amazing at handling it professionally. This store in a whole is amazing.

Clean store. Employees are kind Be prepared to be stared at. Seems all anyone goes to walmart to do is stare at other people. If your the only customer in the store, it's an amazingly nice experience. If the stores full of people, you'd think you were in freaking Beverly Hills California.

All what you need or even think of are available, great values, and varieties. The Online purchase is amazing experience, it is not only that; if item is out of stock substitution is suggested and if not satisfying, a refund is available, but the case management is unique and professional.
