5/5 for their pickup and delivery. No issues whatsoever and their pickup times are right on point, keep it up!!! I barely have to wait when I pickup onsite.

Receipt checkers are ridiculous. If you want to be certain people aren't shoplifting maybe employ people to run the registers. If I wanted to be a cashier I would apply. Instead I'm harassed every damn time I leave the store because without a fail I have something that triggers them to have to see my receipt. The store is messy and disheveled as well.

Quite busy - cashier was very quick for us & we had 3 separate orders, but customer in front of us had a medium amount of items, but for some reason took an extremely long amount of time (not the cashier's fault though. )

I went in there looking for an LOL surprise doll. I was having trouble locating them, when a nice young man named Colin, showed me they were. He was so polite. 10/10 would ask for his help again.

So my friend and got stuff for her new home so We had quite of few items we went through self checkout on our way out Beth some old lady With some ugly head band on stops us like puts her hand out like if she was waiting to find something wrong. Every person that went before us all she did was check their receipt. She scanned our receipt AND EVERY ITEM. I'm not sure if it's cause we are young but she gotta go. It was at 2:45 and she was on the produce side. I know we are only 2 people so it's not gonna kill that much business but we are definitely not coming back. I just don't appreciate the assuming that we were gonna steal. I understand that it's your job to check these things, but it's all on your tone and attitude. The way she spoke and treated us again wasn't okay. I don't know if it's cause you are like 56 and working at Walmart but that's not my problem.

Stopped by to pick up some bulbs for my mother - the ones she had seemed a bit too harsh in their output. The staff were friendly and even took the time to take some bulbs out of the box to put into a fixture to show me what the light would look like, then steered me towards some really well priced clearance versions of those bulbs. Appreciated the friendliness and cleanliness.

I got a $26.95 gift card have not been able to use it. I've messages WalMart.com who said to contact the Manhattan store and I was told it takes up to 24 hours to activate and it has still not worked. The lady who helped get me fabric for my brother was helpful. I STRONGLY suggest to use a gift cards code before leaving the store. Later I got another card and it also has not worked no matter what I have tried.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is the best! I never shopped at Walmart before living in Manhattan and for good reason. Walmart has a way of always ending up on the news with the craziest people shopping there but everyone is pretty great here so its a very different kind of experience. This Walmart is clean, well organized, and makes me feel perfectly at ease. Even on Black Fridays we've had enjoyable experiences. No difficulty parking, no waiting in lines outside, no chaos. We recently went to the Walmart in Junction City to compare, and while im sure its still better than any Walmart in California, it wasn't as nice as this one. Messier and more crowded. My only issue here is that someone isn't doing a very good job of staying on top of removing the dead fish. We saw a lot recently and one was a beta that you could tell had been dead for a while because the water was a gross color.

Got an oil change, ended up waiting an hour and a half in the automotive department, unable to find any staff. When I finally found someone, I was told my car had been finished for about an hour and that the girl that helped me just got off so she probably forget to tell me.

If you're going just for something quick that isn't very important to you, it is what you need. I don't go grocery shopping here or buy anything that I am looking to keep for a long time, but if you need something small and quick to avoid the register lines, it serves its purpose.

Had the oil pressure in our truck drop substantially on our way into town, so my husband came straight to Walmart to have the oil changed thinking it might be the filter causing it. The girl in the automotive center looked us up and checked in the truck. Moments later my husband got a phone call as we were walking through the store. It was the Department Manager who stated they didn't have a lift that would support our dually. My husband told him he'd had the oil changed here seven months prior and it was listed in their records but the Manager (who was new as of six months ago) insisted they couldn't do it. So my husband informed him he'd just buy the filter then and change it out in the parking lot to which the manager replied no he wouldn't or he'd call the police. Hopefully my husband learns from this experience. I switched to Target a few years ago and abhor what Walmart has become.

It's Walmart, what can you say that's new? They're almost all the same unless you're in some tiny little town. Several store employees walking up and down the isles who don't ever greet you or ask if you need help finding something and sometimes flat out ignore you when you're waiting to ask them something. Only 5 lanes open despite being busy. The ONLY time I can go here (or any Walmart) is after midnight or before 9am when you can find people who will actually ask you if you need help finding something and don't have to wait in line for half an hour.
