Went here to pick up some photos for a friend. Person helping was extremely unhappy and rude. I wasn’t sure which last name it would be under and she was visibly annoyed. She made a comment about how annoying it is when people don’t pick up their photos, however I was picking mine up right after it was available, and it isn’t my problem. A manager checked me out at the register and didn’t look at me or say anything. Very hostile and not a positive start to my day. However the pharmacist, Ella, has been very helpful and kind which is the only reason I am giving three stars.

The strawberry blond at the pharmacy is a terrible worker and incredibly rude. Went to help my friend get some medication and after sitting on her phone when there was a full line I get up there and was pulling up my friends information on my phone and she snapped " what do you need" I said a prescription for friends name. She then mocked me and said " a lot of people have that name" and rolled her eyes. I sincerely hope she gets reprimanded because that is completely unacceptable especially in a pharmacy when you are giving meds to people with pain or sickness. I watched her flirt with a gentleman 2 spaces in front of me and then mock the woman directly in front of me.

The red head being the counter is rude! Complaining about doing her job. “What do you need” & “I’m doing that, someone else can” ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE to an older gentleman so needed a shot. If you don’t like your job then leave.

Sat for 20 mins waiting for my flu shot I had scheduled before leaving because the pharmacist and women behind the counter were complaining about giving people shots and talking about how tired of us booking appointments they were.

After being prescribed an anti-bacterial antibiotic at urgent care, I headed straight to this Walgreens to pick it up. They filled it in less than 30 minutes, and the employee, Ella T, was incredibly friendly. She had been working over six hours and was still very nice to every customer. She needs a raise. Also, prescription was very affordable

Oh this started great. Got the text notification that my prescriptions needed to be refilled. I just needed to respond with "REFILL". So I responded with "REFILL". Got the notification that I could pick them up after 10:30 on the next day.So I pulled up to the window to get my refills at about 2:15 and was told they have the prescriptions but they were never refilled. Something about never receiving them from KC.The bump in stars was the young lady at the window was more than helpful to have them refilled in about 15 minutes.

This is the worst app for photos. The entire site is hard to navigate. Wal mart is much easier.

Had surgery today at the clinic. Scripts called into Bluemont Walgreens. They filled the first one but noticed the second one was $90. they have filled scripts for my husband and I for 9 years ever since we utopia Manhattan and know we are on a limited schedule incom. They called other pharmacies and found ey one that would fill it for $30 with a Good RX CARD. Without using my insurance. Love this pharmacy. They are extremely short handed now. I wish them luck getting a lot more help they desperately need qualified people.

The Walgreens service I do not recommend at all is the FedEx drop off. I had sold a jacket online, but it occurred after FedEx had closed. I found this option at Walgreens where packages are dropped off and FedEx picks them up. Perfect! Two weekdays go by and I don't see a tracking update and neither does the customer. I drive to the store to ask an associate about the package, driver's license and tracking number in hand. She is not familiar with the FedEx program at all. She looks around and finds my package in a metal cabinet and tells me the people there don't always know what they are doing. At this point, I tell her I want to take the package directly to FedEx myself because this is taking too long for the customer. She was reluctant to let me take my package. After explaining the situation several times, she finally said she has to scan it first. On the way to FedEx, I thought all was well until I got an incredibly angry message from the customer saying they are going to report me because I am trying to scam them. Turns out, when the Walgreens employee scanned the package, the Fedex tracking automatically said it was delivered, but to my zip code! Luckily, FedEx updated the tracking later that evening, but the Walgreen's poor customer service and lack of knowledge of their own FedEx drop off program almost caused me to lose my account.

I had one of the girls from the pharmacy call me went through all of my meds. Then she asked if I would like them all filled at the same time every month. Well duh! But it didn't happen and when I asked about it they acted like I was lying and couldn't do it. Frustrating!!

I have no problems with this store or the pharmacy, apart from pharmacy worker, Will. The last time I sent my prescription to them, it was awful, and he acts like helping you is really putting him out. Asking to see if they had my prescription in stock at the other location was a serious inconvenience and something he just couldn’t do. He said I would need to do that. Another time Will answered the phone there and again was extremely rude! Everyone else is so kind and helpful. Will you need to find a different job that you enjoy.

I purchased some items on April 22nd and took one of the items back on the 23rd. I asked the cashier if she needed my card for the refund and she said she did not. I actually didn't think to check because I knew it would take some time to get my money back in my account. The night of May 4th I was going through my transactions and notice that my refund was never issued. It showed the three transactions but nothing showing my refund. On April 5th which is today I called my bank to verify before calling Walgreens just in case I overlooked something. The bank confirmed that no refund was issued. I then called Walgreens and was transferred to the person in charge and I stated my issue. I was told by the first person that they would probably have to look up my transaction to see and then will have to fix it. I thought so too because I had another establishment do this to issue a refund when I lost my receipt.The person in charge said I would have to call customer service but unfortunately the number given to me was not a working number. I was able to look it up online and spoke with someone who said it would be another 2 days at the latest for someone to contact me. This was annoying especially when I trusted this big establishment to do what was expected. It has now been 12 days not including the 2 days for someone to contact me. I definitely won't be going back to this location again. I didn't want to mention names but maybe this would prevent the same from happening to someone else.

Would not recommend - very rude and unhelpful when my healthcare provider tried to call to have them use a discount card to reduce the cost of my prescription from $$1100 to $25. They insisted they couldn’t do anything and hung up. I transferred to CVS and the had no issue using the manufacture savings card and were extremely helpful.

Literally the slowestttttt pharmacy service I have ever experienced! Woman sitting in front of me sat there for 30 MINUTES!!!! Either pass their prescriptions to them or have them pull ahead so others can get theirs!
