I visited the post office in person the last week of October 2023 as I was putting together a large, 360-piece mailing for my business. I met with postal employees to verify postage as the pieces were heavier in weight, and were square shaped. The employees determined the proper postage ($1.36 per mail piece) and I mailed the 360 pieces on November 1st. The employees told me the square-shape would require haendsorting and to allow about 10-14 days for processing.I realized over the Christmas holiday that none of the recipients had received their mailing. I reached out to the post office on January 4 and was told the items were still in Kansas City, awaiting handsorting and they would be processed right away. I was assured KC was never more than 4 days behind on hand sorting. This was not true, my mailing sat in Kansas City for 8 weeks.As of today, January 29, 2024 the mailing from November 1 still hasn't been delivered. I was told by an employee that the items were either delivered or would have gotten stuck in a machine. I have to assume all 360 mail pieces got stuck since they haven't been delivered.This mailing not only cost me over $1,000, but it was also a critical touch to my customer base. I regret trusting USPS to get the job done - I'm out the expense, I'm out the contact with my clients and I'm beyond frustrated with the inaccurate information.I will also be sharing this experience with local government officials as something has to change at the Manhattan post office. We've overlooked our residential mail problems, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

I was home all day with two dogs and I saw a we missed you package sticker. Nobody rang my doorbell or knocked. I tried to call several times and could not speak to a live person.UPDATEI did their automated rescheduling for the next day and it did not come. three days later they dropped off the slip saying they missed me which was in my mailbox, not on my door. Highly skeptical that they attempted to knock or ring the doorbell the second time either.

My mail has been delivered to the wrong boxes on multiple occasions. I have USPS informed delivery so I can see what mail is coming. I should've gotten a birthday card back I'm really November and I still haven't gotten it. The excuse is always someone new on my route, filing in, or just bad workers but for me.... these are all totally unacceptable. Having moved from a bigger city...I would've thought the mail system here would be impeccable. Please do better.

I would give 0 stars if I could… two packages supposed to be delivered today with the same validated address. One is being delivered the other is being sent back. Called the place I bought from and they are just as confused as I am. And on top of it all you can’t even get ahold of a person to talk to, just a machine… RIDICULOUS

Pathetic. From the top to the bottom. “Management” is horrible, incompetent, don’t have any answers. Everyone there is lazy. Nobody does their job. I’ve had my flag up with an outgoing letter in my mail box for three days and it’s still sitting there.Absolutely unacceptable. Apparently it doesn’t matter how lazy and inconsiderate they are, they all still work there doing the same thing…which is nothing.

Regrettably, I've lost confidence in my local USPS when it comes to handling packages, as they've mishandled numerous deliveries to my address. It's frustrating to resort to using FedEx or UPS for shipping just to ensure my packages reach their destination.

So every year I get a yellow form that I need to fill out with names living location. Yet they don't bring me my mail sure understandable. But if I fill it out and put it in mailbox don't leave it in my mailbox for 3 days. I know for a fact he saw it and just ignored it. This is ridiculous.

Had a package lost by another facility for WEEKS! One discussion with the supervisor here, and they have my package arriving to my door within a week of our discussion. Personally called me to update me on any findings, and were extremely helpful.

The rural carriers in Zeandale are absolutely ridiculous! Not delivering mail that should be delivered, sending mail back to the post office with the correct address on it, delivering the neighbors mail to my mailbox, delivering mail at 8:30-9 pm. Tearing down the dirt roads way too fast! And completely skipping my mailbox when the flag is up!!!!

Mail has not been delivered for a whole week to our neighborhood. It is often delivered to one of the neighbors when it is delivered. Very undependable service.

Worst USPS ever! They lie about attempting to deliver and leave your stuff packed in the mailbox. Call and they don’t give a care at the post office. I need a package and I don’t drive so I’m at their mercy but you PAY FOR A CERTAIN DELIVERY TIME! Sick of this place. Where is management!
