The manager is very unprofessional and rude, I went in for tech support and had the police called on me for trespassing. I tried to let him know what my issue was and I had an employee who was helping me and he had him stop what he was doing mid process. This is the worst service both with my device and professionally I ever had. If you want service with this provider stay away from this store. I only give this store one start because I can't give it none.

Since Brandon replied: Sorry, it's too late. I've tried calling in to your store, walking into your store, and calling customer service. Your customer service is extremely lacking, your service quality has dwindled, so my husband and I are switching carriers today.

I can't remember when I've gotten the kind of customer service like what I got here. No hard sell and the agent was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a cellular service you can't do better than this and Emily is a Rock Star!
