We had the pleasure of using Turner Mechanics on two separate occasions. The first was for an engine replacement at their brick and mortar store. The second occasion was utilizing the mobile services where they came to our house and performed an oil change and had brake work done. The mobile mechanic services were wildly convenient and reasonable in price. Their team from start to finish did a phenomenal job, and their communication was impeccable. We will definitely continue using Turner Mechanics in the future!Services: Engine repair

Took my vehicle here for a bad wheel bearing. They also told me the valve cover gasket was leaking. Paid to have both replaced. Got the car back and immediately had ABS light come on which showed defective ABS/wheel speed sensor on the wheel the shop did the bearing on. Owner admitted to ‘maybe’ stretching out the sensor and said he’d order one and call me when it came it in. After that, they would neither answer nor return my calls. Since then the wheel bearing has failed and the valve cover they claimed to have repaired is leaking oil which visibly smokes off the header. Truly disappointed because the owners seemed to be good people.

Took my car here due to a bad wheel bearing and wish I would not have, from the ABS/wheel speed sensor being damaged and the bearing needing to be replaced again it's been a constant headache since getting the car back. When I asked about the sensor, I was told they would order the part and call me when it was in. After that, they quit answering and returning my calls. Money, time, and patience wasted. This was disappointing to say the least because the owner seemed to be a good person.

Took my car in for a simple coolant leak and now it has more problems than you can imagine. They might be a little cheaper than other places, but just keep in mind you get what you pay for. Incompetence is cheap quality cost money that place does not do quality work.Service: Auto water leak repair

I had to have a tricky thermostat, and radiator replaced. They were so efficient, honest, and reasonable. They even came out to Walmart where I was stuck and got me on the road in minutes. I will only use them, and I recommended them to several friends!Service: Auto maintenance

Changed out my water pump for less than half the price that another repair shop quoted. They did a fantastic job, quick service and very professional. I will definitely contact them the next time I need a repair..I have already recommended them to several people.Service: Oil change

Great experience, a human who knew what she was doing actually answered the phone, very rare these days. She was able to dispatch mobile team to my home within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed issue (replace ignition switch), they quickly secured needed repair parts locally, vehicle repaired later same day. Great experience start to finish, bottom line, super customer service, great communication, knowledgeable mechanic, fair pricing fixed in my driveway, can't beat that. If anyone needs just a mechanic and not care how the work gets done then Turner mobile mechanics is not for you. However! For top quality work, curtesy, efficiency, honesty about cost , and most of all the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure to work with on my vehicles, my justification In being able to say what I speak is true is this. I'll make the shortened version, have a vehicle, needed several things repaired. Called Turner mechanics last not last minute but last second notice. I expected to hear what I've heard from previous shops , like too busy or maybe we can get to it next week etc. But these words I heard from them eased my heart , YES WE CAN! so bring it in and we'll get it done for you . That very day between all their additional jobs they found a way to complete my request at a very, very reasonable price, again I was impressed. So I say five stars is not enough ten or more is more their level. Just remember everything everyone does cannot always be perfect or as we want things to be or go but I for one know that if you are seeking a group of wonder and professional mechanics give Turner mobile mechanics the opportunity to show you and any who may have any doubt that they are superior in so many ways in the area of vehicle repairs. Brandon is a one man shop who carries the tools of his trade in his itinerant truck traversing the CS universe. He can quickly assess a situation and address what needs are there and get to the task expeditiously. He's able to respond quickly with the use of his mobile (ie a "mobile of mobile" tool) and keeps communication prompt and timely. Prices are very reasonable and despite the parsecs of distance creates huge convenience for his clients. I've already recommended him to others due to his ability to create time and space for those who can't get away from their various endeavors. The only minor issue is sometimes his card reader is on the blink, and he doesn't take Venmo so it's cashapp or cash or some other payment in lithium dicrystals that might be needed. (YMMV on the latter though. )
