“This is your place to go if your car is giving you trouble or even if you just need an oil change!! I came in thinking I needed my brake pads replaced (because that's what my place in KC had told me). After a couple hours, Burnett called me and said that they measured and remeasured everything and I still had quite a few miles left on my current brake pads. When I got there to pick it up, I was able to talk to the mechanic and the manager about it because they had all checked it. Their honesty is so refreshing! They also treated me so nicely and weren't condescending at all, even though I'm a woman. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had at any automotive place!!!”

“I've always had great experiences with them. They know their stuff and always find the problems quickly, without needing to bring the vehicle back multiple times. Trustworthy. Don't try to talk you into a bunch of additional work, and are honest about if something needs to be taken care of right away, or can wait. Also don't charge a huge mark up. I've never felt the costs were the least bit high.The only "Problem" I've experienced, is that sometimes it takes awhile to be able to get in to have it looked at.
