“I've always had great experiences with them. They know their stuff and always find the problems quickly, without needing to bring the vehicle back multiple times. Trustworthy. Don't try to talk you into a bunch of additional work, and are honest about if something needs to be taken care of right away, or can wait. Also don't charge a huge mark up. I've never felt the costs were the least bit high.The only "Problem" I've experienced, is that sometimes it takes awhile to be able to get in to have it looked at. Which is because they are very busy. Which is because they are very good.”
“This has become my go-to place in Manhattan for any tire related needs. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. They are also quick and thourgough with the work that they do. I am not sure if this has always been the case or a recent addition but they also offer alignment services.
I prefer going to Discount Tire as they don't try to upsell you like other "one stop shops/mechanics" around town. You go in, get what you need and you're out. I do recommend making an appointment as it gets you in and out faster but even walking in, you won't wait too long.”

“Excellent service! Ive had 2 repairs done there recently. One, a complete brake and realignment job. The other a simple battery replacement. In both cases they were able to get my car in same day and repairs done either same day or next day. The price was exactly as quoted and far cheaper than I’ve had done at other places. I used their super convenient key drop for a Sunday drop off. This is a fantastic local business I’m happy to recommend to anyone!”
