I never expected to a leave a review-much less a positive review- at a T-Mobile store. But, this location had the most helpful employees in Terrance and Steven. Unlike most phone stores, they were helpful, friendly, and not pushy which was awesome.

Best customer service ever experienced for a phone provider right here at this location, the girl that moved from Florida, and the other girl that was a student, both reduced my phone bill, set me up for auto pay, and got me a free tracker present when none of the other stores ever helped me. Kyra and Dede fixed my phone in less than one minute. My IPhone had been blocking calls on its own. They have great smiles and excellent customer service skills!

I enjoy having t mobile as my provider. Most of the time there’s a small wait time or no wait time whenever I go in to refill my plan and the employees are always nice.

***Recent update - I decided to give this location another chance after the last issue (see below) unfortunately the same issue persists. I would highly recommend not going to this location if you value honest sales practices. I went in to do a simple phone upgrade. The sales man I dealt with never once asked me if I wanted insurance on my phone, I get home and have a text message thanking me for adding protection 360 to my line. He never asked, and I wouldn't have consented even if he did. Just adding things to my account AGAIN!!! to pad sales numbers.***Original review - I went into the store on Tuttle Creek Blvd on 1/3/2022 and there were 3 employees in the store, 1 customer. While they did say welcome to T-Mobile, they didn't ask me what I needed or even offer to help. I was in the store for 10 minutes before leaving. The next day I go to the store on Commons Pl but it was busy so I went back to the Tuttle Creek location. This time it's just me and Joey was the employee who helped me. I did a JOD upgrade from my Pixel 6 to the OnePlus Nord N200. He asked me if I wanted device protection. I told him no. Well just now I get a text from T-Mobile saying thank you for adding device protection to your line. This is unethical and wrong. I will be looking to switch phone companies now as this is the second time T-Mobile has done this to me and I'm sick of it. Train your employees better or make sure they don't do shady stuff to pad their sales numbers.

Every time I visit this store I am amazed with the service! They were pretty busy with only 2 people working and still getting to everyone in a timely manner. They greeted and acknowledged everyone coming in. The store manager David was great at multitasking! Amazing customer service thank yall!

I went into the store to trade in my 2 phones for the $800 credit per phone that is on the app. The store will only offer $400, saying that the $800 is only towards a phone for a new line. No where in the ad does it say anything about a new line. I called customer service, after an hour on the phone with them, they said purchase the phones on the app to get the $800 credit per phone. I tried that after I got home, they only offer $400 per phone.At the very least, T Mobile is using false advertising to get people in the door, but it is closer to a bait and switch scheme, promising $800 on the app, but only offering $400 in the store.I am posting screenshots of the ad on the app, you be the judge.Shop there at your own risk. I have reported them to the BBB and will also file a complaint with the Kansas AG office.

We were in the store today to start a family plan. My son was already a Sprint customer, so he needed to convert to a T-Mobile plan and then add my wife and I to his plan. We were coming over from another service provider and as it turned out the process could have been a difficult one. Angela was a champion to say the least. She calmly and professionally negotiated the necessary procedures, and she tolerated lots of questions from my wife and I as we are not highly tech savvy. She allowed us the time and opportunity to ask any and every question that we could think of. I would like to sum up my comments, about Angela, as what I call the three P's. Professional, patient, and proficient. I would also add that David was much the same. He provided support to Angela, as he had time, between other customers. Thank you, Angela and David, for making us feel welcome to the T-Mobile family.

We worked with Angela at the T-Mobile store at 638 Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan, Kansas.To say that she was friendly and REALLY knew her way through all the T-Mobile equipment and purchase options would be a Giant Understatement! I am driving ? cross country, and my phone stopped charging. I had to drive 45 minutes with low charge using my phone's Google maps. Needless to say, not knowing the area, I was lucky enough to get to this store. Angela Burnett was a dream come true. Not having a tech person on property, she was able to figure out my problem AND SOLVE IT!! Great job Angela!!!! I certainly hope people ask for her if they want anything done.I should also mention that T-mobile outsources their customer service to the Philippines. Driving cross country, they had "No Clue" that I was in Kansas with a problem, or where Kansas was, especially in relation to my billing address, which is New York....very frustrating to say the least!!
