“I ordered a pair of boots from Outpost a couple weeks ago. They didn’t fit. I emailed OP about returning for a different pair. The pair I needed was the last of the style. The store called me, told me they were the last, pulled them off the shelf so I could get them ordered and offered advice on getting some that fit perfect. That’s so cool. Awesome customer service. For living in ranch country we have a real shortage of decent boots in my area, I think I’ll stick with Outpost from now on.”
“Brown’s Shoe Fit is my go-to store for all my foot needs. A flat-footed Registered Nurse has lots of foot needs. The staff at Brown’s are always friendly and helpful…they go out of their way to get me what I need. I guess I must go there a lot if the Owner sent me a Thank You card and gift card….how AWESOME is that!!”
“Went and bought a chair Friday. Was one that didn’t fold up so wasn’t sure about getting it into my vehicle. The nicest young man that works there helped me out. He had me drive my car up to the store and pushed and worked until he got it in. Without him it wouldn’t have happened. He was very nice and helpful. You don’t find this very often. So thankful for him. Great employee”

“The staff i in the store was awesome!! Very helpful and kind. Only thing I didn't like is having to drive to a whole different city 30 minutes away to claim my raffle even tho there's a store 5 minutes away. It even popped up for my main location and still I had to go the distance. Not only that it wouldn't let me put them in my cart to be delivered how do I fix this or can it be changed.”
