Had my first ever appointment today at serenity salon with marissa as my stylist for a haircut! I showed a picture for reference and she gave me exactly what I asked for and I’m in love with this new look!?she’s great and was such a fun person to talk to! My girlfriend is so is so upset with their work she can hardly look at her hair. What they did looks nothing like the pictures she showed her stylist an what she asked for. We are out over 150 dollars and she's really unhappy. They could have told us it would cost more or that what she wants is difficult because A,B, an C. But nope. It's like they just wung it.

I recently moved to Manhattan and started seeing Sam at Serenity Salon, she is a phenomenal hair stylist!!! I’m naturally very dark and go blonde and she does a fabulous job at balayage and blending my hair so it looks flawless. She’s friendly and approachable and isn’t afraid to give suggestions or to try something new. The salon is clean and inviting with ample free parking right out their front doors! Highly recommend booking in with Sam!!!

Had a great experience at Serenity! Sam did an all over foil and did a fabulous job. She took her time and was wonderful to chat with. Definitely highly recommend!
