Quality Collision was chosen to repair my 2008 Scion Tc in 2010. I felt it necessary to post this review albeit late, due to a conversation with a friend about getting his vehicle repaired. This company is as crooked as they come. They literally fixed everything on the surface of my vehicle and left everything underneath damaged. Meaning aesthetically on the surface my vehicle looked nice but underneath it was still banged up from the impact of the original collision. I wouldn't bring my golf cart to get repaired here. Sadly, when this information was brought to my attention by the dealership who was repairing my vehicle Quality Collision refused to disclose the insurance company who covered the damages so I can file another claim. Luckily the dealership figured it out by looking up my vehicle's repair history. Never bring anything to this company for repairs, EVER!

Let me start by saying that quality collision repair is the WORST establishment I have ever encountered! Let’s start from the beginning, I had hail damage that needed to be repaired on a vehicle I JUST BOUGHT 60day tag still on it, literally a month ago, I let the owner Phil know that I already filed a claim as well as the insurance has already paid me to take the car to whoever to get damage’s repaired, quality collision was the only place I could find within what the insurance budget, he quoted me 1780, for repairs. Than he called about two days later and told me that my car was done and the price went from around 1700 to about 2300, I asked him why when I arrived that the amount went up, he told me he pulled my claim from my insurance and saw how much they paid me for damages in which was none of his business and I told him there was no reason to get ahold of my claim when the insurance already closed it out, but he saw a big number and decided to use that and make over 500 more from me.
When I picked up my car it was around 5:16pm than I noticed around 5:26pm that my car was filthy, grease fingerprints everywhere, scratches on my door as well as the panels were not put together properly and holes and scratches on my liner on my roof, I brought my car back the next day showed him, he openly admitted that something like this happened 4yrs ago which I am assuming was from the post I saw from a women that was marked 4yrs ago where someone damaged her vehicle. I called my insurance agent and told her if he didn't fix the damaged THEY made in my NEW car what should be the right step to make, I was advised to get his insurance so that I may make a claim and get the damages repaired if he refused to fix it. And to my SURPRISE, he said he wasn’t fixing any damages made to my vehicle nor was he giving me his insurance as well. So I had To call the police, he openly admitted to the police that someone he hired damaged my car and it was there responsibility to fix repairs but not him, last time I checked it does not matter who damaged it, that CASHIERS CHECK was made out to quality collision repair, my car was in YOUR possession as well as I PAID you! Therefore YOU fix the damages. He failed to advise me that my car was even going to 3rd party for repairs. The officer told me to file a complaint with the BBB and if he does not have insurance than I will be taking him to court for damaging my new vehicle! The service is poor and I would advice no one to go to this body shop, they are unprofessional as well as Phil will NOT admit when he is in the wrong at all. He thinks he above the law and he believes whatever he says goes and won’t own up to his mistakes as well as he WILL NOT take accountability for his actions! DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP! YOU WILL REGRET IT. your car will be in worst condition than u brought it to them.

Unfortunately a couple weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving 4 HUGE scratches across the whole body of my car, I went to mutiple places looking for estimates and searched for reviews. This place, had the best price, the nicest people, and the best communication. Within a week my car was fixed, like nothing happened to it! Amazing!! I’ve never had to take my car to a shop before and I can’t stress how helpful and wonderful this experience was. Recommend to anyone who needs any type of work doneService: Auto body & trim repair

I have used Quality Collision myself 2 other times before this, & never had an issue. However, those times the accidents were not as severe as this time. My front end was hit & all four air bags deployed. They had my van for over a month. You would think they would check everything around where the air bags deployed... I had several things go wrong after receiving my van. After the 5th thing went wrong I was done. Ended up trading in my van because I need something reliable.Minor stuff.. they are good to use. BUT I WOULD NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THAT HAS MAJOR DAMAGE.
