I recently purchased a Samsung BeSpoke glass front refrigerator from the Manhattan HomeDepot. This particular guy not has 4 glass panels. The sale price was $2498.00. At checkout I was told that the unit did not come with the glass panels me that they had to be purchased separately. This seemed strange because the display had the glass panels and mentioned nothing about having to buy them separately. But I want the refrigerator so I bought the panels for an additional cost of $400.00. 2 weeks later when the unit was delivered it had the panels installed plus the 4 extra panels I bought that were not needed. Long story shot I now have extra panels that HomeDepot will not take back that I didn't want in the first place. The customer service rep did offer me a $50 gift card.

If you don't want to be scammed and given the runaround, do not order flooring from the Manhattan Kansas Home Depot. The initial problem when I ordered flooring from here was that they did not send enough flooring to complete the project. When I called the store to inform them the employee/managers who I spoke with communicated to me that I would be getting a call back from a service pro. I had not received a call for a few days, so I decided to call back. Long story short, no one was able to give me any answers this time around, so I proceeded to call customer service. When talking with customer service they communicated to me that my project had already been complete according to their system. I called my local store back and demanded to know what was going on. Again, I was told that I would be getting a call back from the service pro and get my questions answered that same day and again I didn't hear a thing from anyone at the store. When I called back the next day I was finally told that they had my product in the back and that I was going to be charged another $90 to have that little bit of flooring delivered to me.......... like I said, long story short. There was so much more that went on over the course of a month. Me calling and begging for help and no one responding or caring. Not only did they not get me enough material to finish my project initially but then they wanted me to pay more money for their mistake. I beg you, go absolutely any where else for your flooring needs.

Buying concrete blocks and waiting on forklift service from everyone here but Jared is horrible its amazing how i can get in and out of menards in 15 minutes but can not get loaded here going to find a manager now to see if he is as rude as the first one i talked too

sells damaged or used goods and makes it a nightmare to get the situation fixed and most, 90% of the staff are rude and unprofessional. especially the management. my service dog and I were in there the other day and a Gentleman who had a dog in there with him which had no leash the dog charged mine I had to pick my dog up to keep her safe and I complain to management and they could have cared less. There is a leash law in town and if you're going to allow any dog in your stor

We purchased a french door in door refrigerator back in Nov, had it delivered a few weeks later, the same day the door in door stopped working. We contacted both home depot and LG in order to get the first replacement. They got us a new one but it was a few weeks later as well to get the new replacement delivered.
