They're running an interlock racket you can have it done 100$ cheaper in Junction City and the monthly check ins are half the price. They will try to convince you otherwise. Ignore them and save your money.

I had a nice big touchscreen head unit installed in my 2008 Sequoia. My car had a pretty complicated sound system that’s why I bought it to a professional for an install. Work was done in a timely manor, and he even made some adjustments I requested after the initial install. Very pleased with my service, professional communication and friendly.

Was hesitant to call because of the behavior -based reviews on customer service/professionalism. I called anyway asking a few questions until the person on the other end came off very condescending, short and disinterested after only about fifteen seconds of talking. Can only imagine the experience of something went wrong and I already paid them money. Going to stay with my instincts and avoid. The complaints are just too consistent and specific with this place about their communications and behavior.

Used them to tint the windows on my car when I was stationed in Kansas. First, the tinting was done poorly with multiple bubbles. Second, they left a huge water stain on my backseat. Overall I would go with someone else. When you go to a Pro, you expect Pro results, the result I got was more akin to a DIYer.

You want it done correctly? Come here, 100% will be purchasing and having my work done here from now on. They handled my deck, 4 channel amp, components and coaxials for my vehicle as well as installing sound deadening which made the overall sound superb. People on here complaining about price have something wrong with them, it’s quality work, not someone’s cousin coming over cause they know a thing or two. Performance Audio FTW

I bought a car stereo and let them help me to install it. But when they returned the car to me, the audio system does not work, there's no sound. But they said they were sure that all the plugs were plugged in, and they didn't know what went wrong. So I made an appointment with them for the next visit and asked them to take it apart for me and check it again. The final answer was that they made sure that all the plugs were plugged in where they should be plugged. Because of their reply, I can only ask the merchant who sold me the product why I received the defective product. But today, a few months later, I tried to disassemble my radio based on the video on youtube and check it myself. And it turned out that they didn't plug the aux cable in, and they didn't connect another plug. By the way, they did not screwed in the two screws that supposed to be screwed near the screen. I would say they did not check it again during my second visit, because a unprofessional person like me can tell what was the problem there. So I would not recommend this place. But they did it most of the job with pretty poor instructions, which made me rated 3 stars.

These guys did a great job for me. We talked about what kind of sound I was looking and they nailed it. Great installation and great sound. They went over everything with me before I left. This was a year ago and it still works and sounds brand new. I will be bringing my other vehicle here very soon.
