Contacted Blueville, they said they would have someone out the following afternoon. Travis called first, then showed up at 10 am in the morning. In an hour and a half he had located the long buried service valve and replaced a defective solenoid, all while training the new person who accompanied him. Outstanding. Was a joy to work with someone who obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. Received the invoice yesterday, was quite reasonable. If I could rate 6 stars or higher, I would....”

“Staff is always helpful and willing to make recommendations to fit my needs. By far my favorite area of the store. Plants are very healthy and trees and shrubs come with a 1 year warranty. Only used it once and they made the refund process simple.”

“So impressed by the lovely customer service I received today. Store was well staffed, clean, and well organized. As I walked through the aisles, employees were sure to ask me if I needed anything. When I realized I needed a box of items off a tall shelf, not one, but two associates were happy to help me immediately. Items were still in the retail wholesale box. They opened the box for me to make sure all items were in there. And when they realized the box would not fit in my cart, they immediately got me a flat cart and took the old one away for me. The associate at the self checkout had no problem figuring out how to ring up my box of items without having to unboxed them all. Super helpful and efficient store!”
