I am verydisappointed in my experiencewithNapa, they havemostlikelylost my business! I bought my parts online through them to be delivered to the store! Sent wife to pick them up and magically they can't find my order for half the parts in their computer! So I have to go online and reorder them while my wife waits in the store and now the same parts are costing me close to 600 instead of 418 dollars! I've spent quite a chunk with them over the last week and don't really feel they made it right. And to top it off my two hardware kits were not part of the new equation. So then I try to reorder them online and can't get their pos website to work! Beyond frustrated I tell my wife to just return everything and we'll go elsewhere. They claimed that they can't let her, that I would have to! So after 3hrs of my wife being there I sent her to carquest to get the rest of my parts! No wonder people shop online! Then I go to put it together tonight and discover they shorted me my brake pads that were part of the rotor kit I bought as well as they shorted me my dust caps. All of which I had payed for! So now it's 70 mile round trip to the parts store again plus my time! I'm beyond pissed!

Sunday January 21 1200. Asked for specific clamp. Staff one female and one male stare blankly. Spending 90 seconds on a computer search would gave greatly augmented customer "service" what a joke.

Good people didn't have a receipt guy remembered the transaction and merited the exchange still

While on a car rally in central Kansas I had an impact on my core support which tore my radiator open. I was able to source the radiator from Catlett and made arrangements to pick up. I had another driver take me the 45 miles to get it. (And I was happy just to have found one). I impulse threw in a tire inflator that was displayed at the counter. No price was displayed and I did not immediately itemize my receipt due to the pressure of having to repair my vehicle. When I returned home I happened to look at the receipt and saw that I was charged 54.67 for a grease coupler. I had thought it was a simple misidentification and called to clarify my actual purchase and get a charge back. The manager Bob went through the trouble of going back and viewing security footage of me purchasing, which I never disputed, and telling me the solution was for me to return it to the store. I live 1769 miles away. An air chuck for 54.67? They thankfully had given me a wholesale discount because the grease coupler was 69.99 retail but to not be given any sort of explanation or justification seems crazy to me. If it's really that expensive and the description is just entered wrong into the computer, then fine, but I was criticized by Bob for not analyzing my receipt at the time of purchase. It's hard to believe that this air chuck is actually that expensive and Bob claimed he had no way to scan and actually justify the cost because he had no others in stock . Ya gotta know that was a lie. There's always a way for a retailer to establish a cost.
