I had to drive out to Manhattan from KC but it was worth it! Matt was awesome, he got me a better interest rate than my credit union and made the whole process of buying a car way easier.

My rear view mirror fell off and triggered the anti-theft system. I was unable to start my car due to the anti-theft system. I got my car towed to the dealership and explained the problem. They were able to fix the anti theft problem and told me everything was fixed. When I got to my car, the rear view mirror was still hung up by the wires after they told me it was fixed. After I went back in and asked why it wasn’t fix they told me that I would need a full new windshield. I am unhappy that they told me it was fixed and didn’t fix one of the major problems. They told me I had to do it on my own or go somewhere else.

We had a long trip to go to PA and our van was towed here 4 days ago. Mark in service was awesome, he is a great guy to work with. Ask for Mark when you are in service. We could not be happy enough when he and the tech were able to get us back on the road within 24 hours. It was the greatest service we had ever experienced at a dealership.

Very friendly & professional. It did not take long for the oil change. Another arose, but the staff was willing to explain the issue & work with me so it could get done.
Check engine light came on. They got me in quickly and resolved the issue , thankfully not an expensive issue.

Really good expierence in the Service Department last week. Battery died on the highway and Mark was able to get it looked at and have me back on the road the same day. All without an appointment. Thank you to the guys at Little Apple for getting me back home without breaking the bank. Wish we had this feeling of importance and service value at out home town dealership.

I scheduled a road trip package via their website and was told they wouldn’t have time for the included alignment, and that I would have to pay more to schedule the alignment for a later time because it’s part of the package and I can’t split it up. If you recognize someone scheduled something too close to closing with the times available on the website, reach out to the customer to reschedule instead of trying to upcharge them for 2 separate services. Other than that, Matt was kind. Shoutout to Matt. (i think that was his name lol)
EDIT: Went back in for a tire replacement and Matt helped work things out for me to receive the initial price agreed to upon scheduling the road trip package. Appreciate the flexibility and willingness to help that LATH showed me. Thank you.

I was told that it would take 45 minutes to complete recall issue with my 2020 Corolla. And I asked for my alignment to be checked. I left specific instructions to contact me before moving forward in repairs. I was not contacted and 2.5 hours later I inquired about delay and the advisor had no idea and pretended to rush around to find out. 20 mins later comes back with an itemized bill! I reminded him of my request to be notified and his response was, "We got busy". Well you didn't have my permission. Then 2 minutes later I get a text asking for that approval. Your advisor then tells me if I have a compliant to call the next day to speak with a manager. Well, I've been too busy with my work. The problem is, the same scenario was playing out at the same time with another customer who had to be in her late '70s. And her bill was outrageous. And she was told to call the manager. If anything a manager should be calling her and me.

Very capable, knowledgeable staff. Front desk personnel were very polite and personable. Only downside are the prices. Each drop of the mechanics sweat has a price on it so be prepared.
