“I was traveling from Montana to Tennessee to work for the cold months of winter and had to open an emergency account at this bank. I had stopped at a short stop gas station in Clay Center KS and left my wallet in the lady's room. I had travelled over an hour and stop to eat at KFC when I noticed it was gone, upon my return nobody had found or turned it into the counter. I called the local police for a report and returned to my travels before realizing I had no cash on me. I sat at a walmart after trying to get money from my bank by walmart money transfer (no luck) so in the morning I looked for a bank to open an account with immediate debit card and money transfer, this was the bank. Kind, understanding of my situation and immediate help. Thanks to them I was able to continue my work trip to Tennessee.”
