“I don’t love going to this store, it’s not my jam, but when I do get dragged into to the store, it makes the experience a lot better when they have friendly staff members like Dusty! I did get a free magnetic dish by just going to the store, so that was pretty neat!”

“This is a pretty awesome store, filled with lots of things from household to cars to clothing to your loved furry babies. There is also utility, sports, gardening. The customer service was pretty awesome, very knowledgeable and front lane, as soon as you walk in the door they ask you if you need anything or if they can help you, we're friendly hello to boot. The prices are extremely fair, and you get good quality products, especially treats for the fur kids. I like the wonderful selection I have in clothing, outer wear, boots, shoes, jackets, winter gear. And of course they have snacks and drinks, so the store pretty much carries just about anything you can think of, it was a really good experience and it's very neat and orderly. It's definitely worth going and taking a look even if you're just browsing and looking for something small commanders always something for everyone which makes Shopping a breeze. And the staff is right there to help you in every section without question, they make it a point to ask you how you're doing and if you've found everything you needed, and if you didn't, they're willing to stop what they're doing just to go help you find something simple and they smile while doing it, it's hard finding good staff to make your shopping worth going, but it was worth it and I will definitely be coming back again for another visit even just to see what they have Because they always have something new to offer”

“It's move-in weekend in a college town. It's hot, everyone is exhausted, and this is one of the very few UHaul outlets in Manhattan. That did not stop the staff at Midwest Ace Hardware from being absolutely professional, helpful, and understanding. They're amazing!!”

I've walked around Menards and walked by several associates who weren't busy, and they didn't even say a word. The prices are great, but even if they weren't, I would rather shop at The Home Depot simply because of their employees. Every time I go there... and I go just about every day and multiple times a day. The staff makes me feel welcomed and glad to be there. Now, this seemingly daunting task doesn't seem so bad. I have got chainsaws serviced there and the staff knows what they are doing, so I like keeping my business with Waters for most of landscaping needs. The company I work with also has rented equipment like stump grinders and theGuys helped explain the ins and outs of the equipment before it even left the yard. Good staff and good products.”
