I don’t love going to this store, it’s not my jam, but when I do get dragged into to the store, it makes the experience a lot better when they have friendly staff members like Dusty! I did get a free magnetic dish by just going to the store, so that was pretty neat!

Evening staff was rude and not willing to help. Contacted store manager, received more of the same treatment. Was told by store manager that "he is a good judge of character and would view the video and take appropriate action" Some of the employees are friendly and helpful, I feel bad that they have to work under such a poor store manager, who apparently knows nothing about customer service. The likelihood of me returning to this location is very low.

Very convenient when you need a particular tool without the hassle of a large home improvement store!

Everything I visit this location I have to return because something doesn't work. The staff including management have no means of replacing an item or making issues like these right. Instead the manager will call you a child and escalate the situation beyond what it needs to be. I called the Topeka store and spoke to Bill, who was awesome and promptly resolved my issue with no further incidents!! Stay away from Manhatten location and buy online or at competent locations. Topeka has always made things easy!Side note, the manager there is a qualified mental health expert according to him, so if you need tools and a diagnosis of the brain he's your guy.

Today, I was in a pinch. My mig welder gave up the ghost, and I really needed it. I called the parts replacement line, and they didn't have nor could they order the part that I needed. I went to my local store in Manhattan, KS. One of the very friendly and helpful managers, Valerie, was on duty. When I entered the store, Valerie asked how she could help. I wasn't sure that she would be able to, simply because the warehouse couldn't, not because of any previous experience. (All fantastic) I explained and made my request. After leading me in the right direction, she was able to locate the part that I needed. Because of Valerie, I was able to continue and complete my very important project! I'm so grateful for your assistance every time I'm there! Thanks!
