This is your place to go if your car is giving you trouble or even if you just need an oil change!! I came in thinking I needed my brake pads replaced (because that's what my place in KC had told me). After a couple hours, Burnett called me and said that they measured and remeasured everything and I still had quite a few miles left on my current brake pads. When I got there to pick it up, I was able to talk to the mechanic and the manager about it because they had all checked it. Their honesty is so refreshing! They also treated me so nicely and weren't condescending at all, even though I'm a woman. Overall this was the best experience I've ever had at any automotive place!!!
