Standard dealership rigmarole, guy just closes my file because I don't instantly take his initial non-competitive offer. I was going to ask about a different trim/package. Total waste of a credit inquiry. Teslas are looking better and better each day if you don't have to deal with the middle man dealerships.

Horrible service department. Made an appointment to get 2 tires replaced on my F550 service truck, after talking to a few people/ places who have similar trucks and get their tires done here. I called and verified that they could do this job. They immediately pulled my truck into the bay.
About an hour of waiting later, they come tell me that "they don't have a lift that can lift my truck in order to remove the wheels, it's too big. We could get the front wheels off, but not the back ones" I said "well, thats fine because thats what I'm here for, just do the fronts". "No, we don't have a lift that can lift it." Mind you, I was referred to this dealer by another dealer who sends all of their F550s to Max Ford because they are specifically equipped to work on these trucks. The service lot at Max had several trucks bigger and heavier than mine. I said "you don't have a jack? It can be lifted with a standard floor jack." "No, we don't have a jack that can lift it. Also, your tires have balancing beads in them, we don't want to clean those up." I informed him that they do not have beads in them. "Sorry we can't lift it up anyway."
Finally I said "Fine, I will get a jack and tools out of the truck and remove the wheels FOR YOU, and roll them in for you to do right now, I have everything with me." He goes and checks, "No, we can't do it."
I was nothing short of friendly and polite. I know for a fact this was well within their capabilities, and they blew it off and made me wait for an hour for no reason. Once I mentioned that I was referred by another dealer who sends them trucks to do he shut down and just tried to get me out the door. My only guess is that they knew it was for my business that does on-site fleet repair and didn't want to 'help the competition'. Don't waste your time!

they are great with communication and messaging ALL THE TIME like non-stop. i had made an appointment with hayden ford at 10:30 to look at a chevy malibu, told him i had no other cars i was planning on looking at, he told me they would hold it for me if i were to make an appointment, so i did. AS SOON as i showed up there was a family getting into that car leaving with it EXACTLY AT 10:30! i walk in, hayden was not there that day, so they had me work with shaun? i think. he was super nice very respectful but still had nothing for me. all i need to say is if you want a specific car and they tell you to book an appointment dont waste your time.

Not happy with service… I had recently purchased a 2011 jeep wrangler from them. I have had this vehicle for no more than 3 months and have had constant problem after problem having it looked at and repaired, every time I had gotten it back its needed to be sent back in for repairs. I had purchased the most covered extended warranty I could possibly have and apparently the contract is vague and doesn’t cover much at all what I thought it did the contract was $3,000 I purchased a lemon from this dealer This dealer has had the worst communication I have ever seen. It is almost impossible to speak with a manager, I never get calls back after leaving a message. I had a battery issue in the jeep, so I installed a new battery I got from auto zone, didn’t fix the issue, sent in the jeep for service and they ended up replacing the new battery I had put in, apparently the one from autozone was bad aswell. Well I asked for that battery back and have not received it after months. This is so unprofessional.

I went to look at a Chevy Colorado. They told me the check engine light came on and they were going to get it checked out. Called me 2 days later said it was just a “fluke” and nothing was wrong. I believed them. Ended up buying the truck. 5 days later the check engine light came back on. It’s now been back in their shop for over a month and i still don’t know what all they’re doing. Anytime I call I get the run around and never can get a straight answer. I truly feel I was misled and that the original check engine light wasn’t a “fluke” that they just cleared the codes to get me to buy it. And now won’t tell me what is wrong.
I understand that I was buying a used truck. But still think something was wrong before I bought it. Their communication wasn’t the best through the whole situation it could be a lot better.
After my truck being in the shop for over 2 months. They allowed me to trade that truck back and get something different. They were very patient with me and helped make a bad situation good. They were able to find me a good truck to replace the one I had originally bought. I really appreciate them working with me and making it right!

I was talking to the dealership looking for a car. I settled on a car and went to the credit union, and I got approved for the loan. After I actually had the money, they never would call me back so I couldn't buy the car. They are very unprofessional.

I scheduled two recall repairs on my vehicle one month in advance. I took off work and drove 1.5 hours to the service center. After waiting 1.5 hours in the shop lobby, I was told my vehicle was complete. Upon returning to the service desk to get my keys, I was told one recall was not completed because the part had to be ordered. I asked why it wasn't ordered in advance, since I scheduled so far ahead of time. I was told multiple times it was because the part was VIN specific. I'm disappointed I wasn't called prior to my appointment to obtain my VIN so my recall repair could be completed as scheduled. Now I will have to take off work and spend another 4.5 hrs round trip to get it fixed once the part comes in. I am very disappointed.

Worked with Hayden Ford for a specific vehicle that the team was able to find in the exact color I wanted and they gave me more than I asked for my trade. The best part was that they did not push extras onto the sale like other dealerships I have worked with in the past. I said "no" once to extras and they moved on immediately. It was very refreshing. A+ experience all around!

I have been a customer of Max Motors for 3 years. At one point, the Hyundai service center was under construction, and the customer service during the interim was unfortunately not the most pleasant. When the new service center opened, it was exceptionally clean, easy to access, and the best part -- the customer service was awesome! Joleane Donaldson has taken care of me several times and she is exceptional! Communication with Joleane is always prompt and thorough. If I need anything, she is on it immediately. One time, my car was being repaired under warranty and I was in a loaner. She went above and beyond to provide convenience for me AND even called me that evening to make sure I was doing okay with the loaner. I've never had someone call and check on me like that. Unparalleled. Thank you, Joleane!

Went in because of several codes popping in my truck, charged me $400 for a “ corroded wire” within a week the same codes appeared and locked my steering wheel. Took it back to them and they tried to charge me $950 for wheel hub and sensor. Told them what about the wire that apparently was the problem of this all and couldn’t give me a clear answer, or work to figure it out. They are a bunch of money hungry people that will not do the job and will overcharge anybody they see fit. Will never go back to them or recommend anybody to max in mhk.

My husband and son were on the lot today to look at a specific vehicle. The new sales person was sent to help them. He asked what vehicle they were looking for. They told him and he then said he would have to ask his manager about the vehicle. While inside at the desk they were asked about a monthly budget and gave their response. My husband and son were both using canes to get around. While waiting for their sales person to come back another person came in and asked about the same vehicle. A different salesman asked the manager if he could show it and the manager said go ahead. My husband and son were never shown the vehicle they went to see and had it shown to the new person. The manager then sent their salesman to find a new vehicle without asking them. They left after asking the manager if they were being shown the vehicle they showed up to see. They left with feeling that due to them having a disability the manager decided that they were unable to afford the vehicle. Oh well Max Motors loss as they got a vehicle from Briggs that was 2 years newer and cheaper. I wouldn't recommend max motors if you are disabled or use a cane for mobility.

So thankful for the incredible service I got at Max motors in their service department and from the sales I've never felt as happy as I do with the 2023 elantra I got ! Thank you Hayden!
