Here I stand at a locked door to drop some packages off at 9:10 at a location in Manhattan, Ks and it’s still closed though hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.

This was the worst treatment I have never received from a business. They printed the barcode and put in wrong boxes not checking the address is not the same even if they all from wayfair doesn't mean they going to same warehouse in wayfair.when i am asking questions i way yelled and told to leave by the manager and Mrs Mona the lady that works with him. I was told to go to ship somewhere else. I had to call wayfair and they told me if the boxes not fix to rite labelling i wont receive my refund. even with the wayfair Lady on the phone the manager was shouting and refusing to help and threatening to call police. I told him to call police cause i wont leave until they fix the mistake. While Mrs Mona on the phone to calling police the manager started changing the labeling to the rite boxes while shouting and yelling. He told me I have use their tape and he wanted to charge me and now he just want me to hurry up and leave. Mrs Mona she gave me the take that was already used and open she never said I will pay for the tape in the beginning. I feel I was disrespected, mistreated at this location in a manner that I couldn't understand I had to think ? was this treatment cause I was a black woman. It made me think a lot of things cause clearly me complaining about the packaging can't make the manager that upset. This men was so angry like he could hurt someone. I will never use this location and I have already file a complaint through Fedex.

Most bizarre and disappointing experience at this shop today. I came in looking for a specific unbranded box. I asked, she first said no so I started to leave, no big deal right? But she said wait and asked another employee about their unbranded boxes that apparently they also give to someone else (Shawn I think she said the name was, I didn't catch it because it wasn't really important). She proceeded to say they don't sell them but she asked the guy in the back "can we just give it to her like we do for X?" She asked what size I wanted and I gave her approx dimensions. I explained I couldn't find ANY boxes that size anywhere. I commented that I don't mind paying for it, I just couldn't find the size I needed. She said "well they don't have a barcode on them so yea". To which I replied ok, well it's for a label I was given for USPS I just need to buy or find a box that fits." However she didn't even let me finish the statement before she napped back "well, then we wouldn't be able to do it. Have a good day" but with the absolute most curt tone possible.Look, I was a customer in there happily ready to pay for supplies. It shouldn't matter where I was shipping it from, I wasn't stealing money from your shop. In fact, I use FedEx when appropriate. But that sharp attitude about suddenly not being able to find me a box, free or otherwise, simply because I mentioned a label for another service is a bit absurd. Maybe lead with that nonsense instead. It feels petty.I can't say I'll never use FedEx again because that's not reasonable. But I absolutely will not patronize the store if this employee is in there and I can definitely say it'll rank low on recommendations when people need shipping services.The UPS store has managed to GREATLY improve their customer service. I hope this fedex store figures it out and learns to do the same. This is a disappointing encounter.

I was there at opening time on 7-14-2022 only to find that they closed the office for most of the day. I had to cancel a project since I couldn't get the needed parts. Cost me several hundred dollars in lost work for the day, not to mention fuel to travel from Topeka.

wish I could give 0 stars. WORST FEDEX EVER! nobody is willing to help nor seems like they care. Go to UPS next time.
