Can't fault them, apparently they do not get cooled FedEx trucks to this location. Therefore anything with batteries cannot be shipped from here.
Go to Aggieville location.

Thank you so much for shipping an expensive brand new cell phone in an oversized box (I was not allowed to use my own packaging) and no form of protection whatsoever! You’d think paying 170 usd for shipping you would expect the bare minimum.. even after declaring how expensive the package was and the employee asking if I wanted insurance on it because of how expensive it was.. the guy working was so miserable and rude it was depressing.

While visiting Ks, we had an emergency and paid $92.00 to get a key back home. Although the weather was bad it was still guaranteed to get there. It took (6) days to get there. The staff at this store did not give us any notice that it wouldn't get there, or we would have shipped it that way. The manager of the store and FedEx claims were no help. This is Unacceptable, I will never use FedEx again Go USPS Ex, or UPS.
