What a great community at this gym! Loved the strength class while visiting from out of town! The trainer, Anna, was very helpful & supportive!! The facility is also very clean! Highly recommend this gym!

I started attending Eat The Frog regularly in September, after I found and participated in my first free session. Not only do I look forward to working out at the gym, but I feel like my overall quality of life has improved since I added Eat The Frog into my regular routine. I have seen people at all fitness levels in my workouts, and this place is truly for everyone because the coaches will help you make it a workout that meets you where you are at. I’ve been able to increase intensity by being consistent and working with the coaches to do what works for me. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

LOVE ETF! This gym is for people of all fitness levels. I started out with some health restrictions that the coaches were amazing with helping me with modifications. As I have gained strength and endurance they have learned to provide the push I have needed to continue to transition through my fitness levels. Great community of members!

I've been going for two weeks and feel stronger already. They have 3 membership levels for different needs and I feel their price is very fair for everything that is included. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Very family friendly and clean, safe environment. I like that they have the virtual class option where I can be in the studio any time of day and night and there is a class running on the screen that I can join. When you join a class, you can track your stats on the screen using your heart rate monitor. There are points associated that you can use at local stores, hotels etc for things and services. The program is app supported as well, so I can sign up for classes there and teach my progress. Overall very happy that I joined.

I absolutely love Eat The Frog Manhattan! Ross and Lauren are amazing and their staff is just as wonderful as they are! I feel so welcomed every time I step through those doors. Perfect for beginners, and is also 24/7 which is an added bonus! Try a session! You won’t regret it

This place is not just a gym but also a family! Lauren and Ross are awesome and we love all the instructors. They helped me get in great shape while I was pregnant and my labor/ recovery was so great thanks to their support. Highly recommend them!❤️

I had my first session yesterday. I had high expectations of this place and the environment, and they did not disappoint! I was welcomed with open and smiles. They showed me the studio and explained how everything works, I felt welcomed and not out of place or judge. The studio is very clean and the workouts was already set on the screen and ready to go. I’m really excited to be apart of such a community, can’t wait for my future sessions.

Great place with great people. The workouts are challenging. Facility is open 24 7, and it is easy to sign up for a class. Gym is clean and well stocked. The owners and couches are outstanding. It is a friendly environment with a lot of support and encouragement.

Very kind people here! Treat you like family and really try and help you push yourself. Would 100% recommend if you don’t like typical gyms and find it hard to exercise on your own. ???

THANK GOD FOR THIS GYM- just moved to Kansas and I am so glad I found this place. I would describe the classes as if Orange Theory and CrossFit classes were combined into one. For cardio, you have the option of using the bike or the rower. They have a variety of weights and a TRX at each station. The staff is great- the owners are very nice and I really like the trainer Stacey. It's very clean with motivating music and darkened lights. I'd recommend to anyone who likes gym classes and a good workout!

What a fun place. The people are so great. HIIT workouts but you can pace yourself just right. Heart rate monitored cardio. Clean and cool. Not the typical drill sergeants yelling at you while you spin. I'll be on the lookout as these start opening closer to my hometown. WellWorth it. Drop ins welcome!

The coaches are amazing at pushing individuals to their max. They're also great at modifications for different fitness levels or recovering from injury. Eat The Frog takes the guess work out of going to the gym...you have your workout lined out for you! I love the confidence I've gained in getting back into TRULY working out. I never want to skip a workout because I know how great I feel when I'm done. And I LOVE the sense of community... inside the gym and out. Eat The Frog is such a wonderful addition to MHK and I'm so thankful you're here!
