Katelyn needs to work on her customer service skills, she was really rude and dry. The sign says not to say anything until they say hello but she never said hello and just stared at me so I just told her what I needed. I was super polite to her but she was very short and snappy, paid cash and I wasn't aware that they close the metal things for cash and I tried to close it myself so she yelled "IT CLOSES WHEN I NEED TO CLOSE IT." I apologized as I wasn't aware of that but she continued to be rude after that, not sure why you'd have a job in customer service if you can't provide effective customer service.
