Supposedly closes at 10:30pm, I arrived at 9:45 pm to the doors locked and all of the lights off. Why put hours of operation if you are not going to operate at that time?

Says you close at 10pm I get here at 9:45pm almost out of gas and your locking the door leaving. Wow! Learn how to tell time!!
