First experience with this bank and it was awful. Came to the drive up window and sent over my wife’s check she received, and her ID, like the sign said. Was asked if we had an account. We don’t. Well non customers have to go inside. Really?! Thanks for making us feel unimportant. Fifteen minute later my wife texts me from inside that they said it has something to do with money laundering prevention. Really?! Not trying to launder a $120. We would have normally deposited into our bank but wanted to have some cash for the farmers market. Made me happy I don’t bank here.

Branch won't answer their phone! It goes to an automatic answering machine, I want to talk to a person, I want to sit on hold. Answer the phone!!!!
