Burnett Automotive on Anderson did a great job! My break line blew out while I was driving, so I had to pullover and find a shop to fix my car. I googled shops, and found Burnett. The moment I called, they were courteous, and even suggested a towing company. They answered all my questions, even the "dumb" ones, without making me feel judged. And they let me know realistically when they would be able to take a look at it.
After it was looked at, the mechanic called me and let me know I had a few more problems then I thought. He gave me an honest estimate and asked what I wanted him to do. He got started on what I had asked, and a few hours later when I called back to add something else there were no complaints. It was even cheaper than originally estimated when I got my vehicle back. I am very happy with Burnett and will be doing business with them again when needed.

Gauge had no showed my front tire had no air. Burnette said to come right over and it turned out to be a sensor going out. As a senior citizen I appreciate their customer service.

I recently visited Burnett Automotive for an oil change and to have my pickup serviced. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of service I received. They were able to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I'll definitely be returning for future services!

My wife's car had a low tire, I called and got an appointment in about an hour. When I arrived they took it right in. All done in about 30 minutes and I felt the price was very reasonable.
