The team at Burnett are great to work with! I needed to get a new set of tires put on before a long road trip, and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule (with a day's notice). They had the tires I needed in stock and were able to do the full installation and alignment all in the time I was at work. The people at the front desk are friendly AND knowledgeable. I have had them do work on my vehicles (both tire and other repairs), and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Called to make an appointment for my tire leaking air. Guy that answered was super friendly and was able to make an appointment for 2 hours later that same day. Perfect. Came in at out scheduled time, everyone was nice and took our car back while we waited in the lobby. Lobby was clean and staff were nice even with our daughter exploring the place restlessly. ? They were a little busy, but we didn’t mind waiting and it wasn’t very long. Staff informed us of our vehicles health and the cost of the repair was cheap. So far, tire seems to be holding air again and if it wasn’t, I still wouldn’t blame them as it had been leaking for a while and I was ready for them to tell me it needed to be replaced. ? Overall, excellent service, staff, and facility.

The customer service was outstanding! I used their website to request a quote on tires and they contacted me within minutes of the request - not the next day like another tire store. They were very thorough in explaining their menu of options (I found great value in the lifetime alignment) and answering my questions. I was also pleased to see how competitive their pricing was. I wholeheartedly recommend Burnett Automotive for your tire needs. So much so that I ordered a set of tires for another one of my vehicles while paying my bill and got the ball rolling for brakes on my wife's car. Burnett Automotive has earned all of my future automotive repair business!

Fast, friendly and on time. Called when they found the problem and went over options to get it fixed quickly. Everyone I deal with at the McCalls location is friendly and will go out of their way to help. I like having a business like that working on my vehicle. Excellent service. I had an appointment for replacing two failed TPS. They first tried reprogramming but that failed. I had two replacements (Ford Parts Department) purchased. I also received a oil change and both air filters replaced. After repairing the tires the put the proper towing air pressure in the tires. That was very nice.
