Just called to ask questions about Service. Got transferred over to Ray who was obviously having a terrible day. He was short, rude, unprofessional. Hope others have a better experience, and I hope Ray's life gets back on track to the positive.

Yesterday, 21 May 2024, I dropped off my handheld leaf blower off at Brooks Yamaha Service for a repair and tuneup, the man at the counter wrote up a ticket and said it would likely be two days or so. It was around ten AM when left, by 4:30 PM, same day, I had a text that it was ready. ?? Picked it up this morning, runs just fine and the price was fair. Great job gentlemen.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff up at the front desk and their service technicians including the gentleman behind the desk there. Most important part about giving them a five-star is they listened they don't try to override you or tell you how it is or what not they listen to your general concerns and address them accordingly. I personally was in there because of issues with my Stihl chainsaw after 30 years of running chainsaws it was something I've never ran into before and they had it taken care of the very next morning and I had my saw back. Not to mention the gentleman up front on ordering parts for me they came in when they said they would come in and they were the right parts and chains. When I'm around this area I will go no other place then Brooks Yamaha.

I received very poor service. I took the bike in for simple service work oil change, tires and throttle cables. I drove the bike in when I went to go pick it up. They said it wouldn’t start because I needed a battery carburetors and quoted me a bigger note to the bill that I already had. Obviously I believe in paying for a service provider it was over $100 in the original quote and they disconnected my trickle charging system. Returned the motorcycle to me with a bent motor cycle battery bracket. Battery cover installed upside down seat, unattached.I will not be returning any time soon.

Absolute garbage people. I called and tried to ask a basic question and was greeted with a horrible attitude. These people are awful terrible people and have awful terrible lives. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

The parts department at this location was excellent. Answered my call immediately, verified the part was in stock, and shipped it across the country at a very reasonable price. Thank you for the fair and efficient service!

I called to ask for info about the trailers they have, and when they connected me with the sales person (I believe his name is Frank), he was completely rude and with an attitude the entire time. Completely disrespectful, and when I told him that I noticed an attitude he didn't care, he just told me I could come to the store and figure it out myself by looking at the trailers. Horrible customer service. I don't think you would want to treat a customer that is intending to spend $3k-$5k on your store this way.

Had my XT-250 serviced here back in February, reasonable cost and a quick turn around. Unfortunately they had given me a faulty battery. Took it back in last week and they exchanged it at no cost to me. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future!

We've had our 2013 Grizzly in for service many times and Brooks Yamaha Service department in Manhattan, Kansas hasn't fixed it correctly yet! My next new ATV purchase won't be from them!
