Since we got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we understood everything and gave us time to discuss about our budget. They were open to answer as many questions as we had. Kobe was really nice and made sure we got everything we were looking for in a car. I would definitely recommend. This company is trustworthy and they care about their customers.

The car I decided to purchase had something wrong with the radio/speakers. The salesman said they would make it right. It’s three weeks and after multiple times of trying to contact him, I I finally received a one sentence reply. I have yet to have the radio fixed or even have a courtesy follow up thank you for your purchase. Very disappointing.

I was so disappointed in the customer service. Especially after the sale!!!!! Definitely not a happy camper. And most definitely won't be going back. Way too pushy with the sale. No options with financing. It was one and done!!!! Never asked if the payment would work... and I have excellent credit!!!

Another great experience with the Briggs service team today. Excellent communication too by TJ. The road hazard plan covered my tire which has been great in the past as well. Also they parked my truck in the shade awaiting pickup (how thoughtful is that?) I'm a forever customer !
