Bought a used Buick Enclave for $11,500 a year ago there. Turned out to be a lemon. Spent $850 to replace the water pump. Right after that the AC compressor died. Went to sell it back to them today to buy another car. They offered me $1,500!!! Never buying a car from that place again.

Never have ever had a good experience with them, my wife and I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia about 6 months ago. Today we just had to have the rotors and breaks replaced. Wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them at all.

I want to start off by saying the salesman Frank was amazing, and I genuinely feel bad writing this review because he was above and beyond great. This is not on him in anyway.I tried to purchase a vehicle from them that was listed on their website. Got the loan, made a down payment, signed the papers, got it insured. They did inform me there was hail damage and they would repair it and still honor our deal. That sounded great and I was really led to believe Briggs was a stand up place.I was told it would take 2 weeks. No problem, I didn't mind waiting, then those 2 weeks became another 2 weeks. Ok...I agreed to wait, mind you this is after everything was paid. Finally they tell me the vehicle is a "no go" and would take an indefinite amount of time to repair so they couldn't sell it to me. I asked why hail damage was taking so long even offered to take it with the damage to repair it myself, and was informed it was also "other things" but no matter how much I asked I couldn't get an answer to what "other things" meant.When I paid them, they sent a driver out to me with the papers to sign and whom I gave the checks to. One of the checks was signed incorrectly so they sent an overnight fed ex mail to me to fix it and get it back to them asap. When it came time to pay me back however, this was not the same priority. I had to call several times to ask about my checks and when I would get them back. Finally after reporting them to the better business bureau they sent me an express envelope with my check in it.To make matters worse, I wouldn't even have written this review, except I after I made a complaint to the better business bureau, since I was still waiting for my money back from them at the time, the response they gave was "We told him what was going on and he didn't want to wait. We sent him his money back" Which is not how it happened. They twisted things to make themselves look better.I respect people who own their mistakes, had Briggs simply said hey, we are sorry this happened, this isn't how we do things here, I could have accepted it as a rare situation and let it go, however, the fact that they tried to make it sound like I was this difficult person, because I wanted the car I paid for, or my money back promptly (after already waiting a month for a car they ended up telling me "no" to in the end), is totally unacceptable.Update: After writing this review, I was contacted and apologized to for this entire situation. I understand that things happen, and while it doesn't fix what happened I do appreciate that Briggs was willing to reach out and acknowledge how this went sideways. Part of this fault lies in some lack of communication, and a repair shop that needs to do better(not Briggs but the shop they use). I have changed my review from one star to three after getting contacted by Briggs, and I hope that moving forward they work on better communication within their staff. Disappointed I didn't get the car I wanted and had to settle elsewhere, but I won't hold it against Briggs as a whole.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This is our 2nd car with Briggs and their customer service is unmatched.We always buy the extended warranty and it’s WORTH EVERY PENNY.My car had a recall, they gave me a loaner, and Ben and Lacy in service department are TOP KNOTCH! My experience to have service was excellent! Kaitlin took care of informing me while I waited and my Nissan was ready to go so promptly as she had told me. The service there, once again was perfect.

We had salesman Alex and let me tell you what. He was AMAZING. If you are even the slightest bit nervous, he will crack some joke to help you feel more comfortable. He answered my dozens of questions thoroughly and honestly. He is able to relate to so many life experiences that make car buying stressful. He isn’t your typical salesman. He truly loves what he does. We also had Miguel as a financial support. He was so informative! He even draws pictures to help you understand it all. Everyone I met had a smile and something nice to say. The water was cold but the hearts were warm.

Just recently bought a 2020 Camaro here and the sales consultant Tim Cuddy was very helpful. So was Mr. Tavion. I recommend this place if you’re trying to purchase a vehicle. 10/10 all around service

Drove from down by Wichita up to Manhattan to look at a minivan. Had spoken to them previously and I wish they would have told me this thing was a piece of junk. The seats were torn in several places, one tear was big enough I could put my whole fist through it. It was scratched up on every side both sides and the back end and the front end had a big patch of paint off of it. The thing looks like it had been driven through a war zone. And they were wanting a very high price for the condition it was in. I was extremely disappointed.

First time purchasing a car with Briggs, and the experience was great! Tim Cuddy did a wonderful job from start to finish, and he and CJ Kadavy were able to get my ideal car within the budget I was looking for. Will definitely look to Briggs first when I need another car in the future!

They improperly installed my new fuel tank (which inexplicably took 3 months to complete. I had to call and remind them multiple times during this period. Fortunately this was not my primary vehicle.)When I picked up my vehicle from this repair, it stopped running less than one mile from the shop (apparently they didn’t test drive it or check their work. With 3 months to make the repair, I would have expected they had plenty of opportunity to do so). After being stranded on the highway, at night, Briggs agreed to pay for the tow truck and properly repair the tank with a second attempt. Fortunately there was no cost for this try at fixing the tank but it was a huge inconvenience for me.After repairing the fuel tank (I appreciate they admitted their mistake), they did additional work on my vehicle (which they didn’t properly fix and is still an issue - they offered to take a second try at the repair. Apparently getting things right on the first attempt is not part of their service). Briggs called me to pick up my vehicle and to pay my new bill. When I arrived, they had no record of the repair in the system and they asked me to come back “another day.” I pointed to the lot and showed them where my vehicle was sitting but they told me I would need to come back and try again. After making multiple trips and wasting too much time on this, Briggs refuses to discount the work or compensate me for lost time, fuel cost and having to set up someone to drive me back and forth for multiple trips all because of their incompetence.I will never bring another vehicle to this establishment. They are unorganized, error prone and don’t realize the inconvenience that they create for the customer when multiple fixes and return trips are required to correct the issue. When I spoke with Pat, the service manager, about this he was dismissive and unprofessional about the situation. With so many other choices in Manhattan, I’ll will try one of those when a repair is needed.For all the reasons above, I recommend never taking your vehicle to Briggs.

My sales guy was Alex Litteral. I think one of the first things I said to him was, "Dude, you gotta help a sista out".....and he did! Scott was great to work with and really gave me a great price for my trade in and Alex really went to bat for me. I felt very comfortable and very taken care of. The experience was, dare I say it, FUN! We had a great time. Alex is your go to guy. He'll do ya right. Thanks, Alex, for everything!! You da man!

While traveling from Pennsylvania to Colorado myself and two friends found ourselves broke down in the middle of Kansas and relatively helpless! While there were a few individuals from the area who assisted us like we we had known each other for many years Patrick Costello and his team not only treated us like family but got us back on the road quicker then we could've ever imagined (all while managing the rest of his clients). As mentioned, I certainly am not from the area but would recommend working with Patrick and the Briggs team without giving it a second thought!Thanks again Patrick, your dedication to getting us back on the road in a timely manner was GREATLY appreciated!Brad Osevala
