At 8 pm people cleared out, not realizing the store is open till 10 for the last few shipping days. We found a new toaster/air fryer and we're out the door in just a few minutes.

One star for friendly and professional staff. Zero for poor interface with Verizon on phone activation. Verizon says I am authorized to make changes that any problem is software or staff training at Best Buy

My review is based of the fact this is my favorite store and I am always taken care of when I come here. If you use the best buy app to find things and then check to see if they have whatever it is you are looking for in store, you will see if they have what you are looking for or not and can make the trip to grab it.Oo...and don't forget they price match.

I recently visited this Best Buy in hopes of speaking with the geek squad. I was greeted by Matthew at the door and he informed me that I needed to make an appointment. I think he saw the worry in my face as I needed help asap. He asked if he could take a look and had my laptop fixed in a matter of 5 minutes. He was super respectful and informative; his customer service skills are unmatched. Thankyou Matthew!
