Made a appointment with hazel to get speakers installed into my vehicle, he toke the time to explain to me what’s happening and how it works, he even toke his time to look into my worries involving the car afterwards, amazing guy done his job better then expected, much respects for him.

They completed the installation efficiently and went the extra mile to explain the
system's setup, showing me what I could do to enhance my system with them in the future.
I'm not usually so eager to spend money, but installing a new audio setup is so worth it, and it can be taken step by step—at least for me and my budget! So, I'm excited!
I also might have thought I asked too many questions. Still, they were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient—the professionalism was top-tier.
Knowing I now have a warranty on my system sweetens the deal. It makes me feel secure in my decision and even more confident in the quality of service that Best Buy can provide. I recommend them!

Had an appointment to get laptop looked at... showed up early as requested. There was nobody in line and nobody to help me. Was asked to leave until my exact time as I couldn't be helped earlier... very strange process

Walked around for 20 minutes in electronics seen 1 worker nobody asked if i needed help nor could i find them so i left......FYI ur always better off to purchase the new item over the shelf display u dont get enough of a discount for how much the item actually gets interacted with speaking from experience

Always come here for anything electronic needed!
The staff pretty much remembers me by now, so it’s pretty nice to be recognized and such. Everyone’s always nice, the prices are great, and I’ve never had an issue here. The store is always amazingly clean and organized.
