Not very nice storage facilities, but I expected that. Used them as a last minute necessity.Unit was unusable upon arrival (wouldn't open), so I had to talk to a guy in India to transfer my reservation. During which I had to walk around the lot and find an empty unit with a working door.I had my stuff stored for less than a month and had everything out before the month was up. I messaged the manager/owner to confirm I moved it all out. He never responded. My online account was updated though and shows no current rentals and I never signed up for or approved an auto pay system.Today I was charged a third time for a unit I moved out of 2.5 months ago.You can't leave a voicemail at their office, so sorting this out seems like it will be difficult.

I sold my house and rented a spot for my camper. B&T has a location close by so I rented online. After the second attempt I was able to rent online. Realized that they do not have 24 hour access and called to cancel. Called twice and got a call back on the second try a few hours later. Was told I would get a refund. Instead I was charged another month and now can’t get a call back. I emailed them earlier and have not heard back. I would not use this place. Horrible customer service.

I rented a unit from B&T through their website and was then unable to utilize due to my own faults. B&T offered me a refund without me even asking and kept me updated as they cleared me out of the system and got my money refunded. I can’t speak to their facilities since I never got to use them but I would recommend them off of business practices and customer service alone.

Only rent from these guys if it's your absolute last resort. They have ZERO customer service skills, and have been taking their sweet time with getting my deposit back. I have been spoken to rudely just about every time I have called. They must have some dude's personal cell-phone listed as their official business phone, because when I last called, just a moment ago to talk about getting my $20 deposit, the guy was at an auction or something, it was super loud in the background, and when I mentioned that I couldn't hear the guy very well, He said "Well, I'm at an auction, what do you want, get to the point"? Hey a**hole, maybe don't list your personal cell phone as an official business phone, ya think?I was also getting weird automated texts from them claiming I had rented another unit, when I had not. Get your sh*t together guys.

My kids have utilized B & T each summer to store their belongings when they came home. With the youngest kid graduating this year it will be the last summer, thanks for the reasonably priced easily accessible storage units.

Easy to rent from and their online system makes it easy to make payments monthly.

I'd rather try to hug a rabid raccoon than deal with these people again. The number just goes to someone's personal cell who barely answers and hope to God you do it online to avoid having to get your payments to them through mail. Just don't.
