I had to snag a unit last minute and they were quick to process all my paperwork and everything. I had access to a unit in minutes!! I don’t even think I had to wait much more than 10 minutes! The customer service is way beyond great!! Absolutely love going thru them for my storage needs!!

Moved out on 1st, and was told I'm responsible for entire month. When we got our boxes out of storage and unpacked, there were a bunch of roaches....and no, they weren't there when we packed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Was able to do everything pretty last second and signed all necessary paperwork online! Only problem I had was it took me 15 minutes to figure out where I needed to stop to get the gate to open back up…

Realistically we had no issues with the storage unit. It was affordable and never were concerned with break-ins. We did have multiple toads in our unit about a month before we had to move our stuff out (moved due to military).

Awesome experience! Unit is very clean easy in and out gate. On hand manager on site if you need any assistance. Very nice and respectful guy.

If you're military I don't suggest this place after reading reviews and wanting to see it we walled out. When I arrived at their office they completely forgot that they told me to come in. They kept rushing out the door cause they had a meeting. When I asked if I can take a look at their storage unit to see if it's a good fit for me the girl in the front replied " yeah we don't do that" I replied with so you want me to randomly rent a storage from you and take a gamble of it it's good or not she replied with "yes pretty much" yeah I said my thank you and walked away

Very affordable, wonderful management! Although the storage unit was dirty when I arrived, everything I had fit perfectly and I had no other problems.
