It was easy to access. The unit was safe clean and secure. We are happy with the experience. Customer service has been really helpful over the phone and online.

A hassle from the very beginning. They keep adding on charges without any notice. A unit I agreed to pay 142 for cost me 184. Do not rent from these people unless you like to keep throwing money at them.

The process was easy, however, the storage unit was less than appealing. There was mouse feces everywhere. Clearly whoever put the lock in the storage unit for me to pick up could see that. The seal at the bottom was completely worn and there were openings on it everywhere. Made staff aware at least on two occasions of this, to which they said they would replace it and never did. I don’t recommend if you plan on storing furniture or items similar.

Manhattan Mini Self Storage has been nothing short of amazing! Even when I had an issue with my unit they were quick to fix the problem and make sure that it was solved in a timely manner.

Our stuff was leaked on within 5 days of being in our unit, they never offered another unit or a refund. When i called to report the roof leaking , Kelsea requested my final payment before ending the call, rather than offer another unit or any sort of assistance aside from file a claim with insurance.
Very disappointed , beware.

Seems like a solid establishment. Though the majority of interactions have felt a bit impersonal (which is abnormal for patronizing small businesses in this town) I definitely appreciate what they’ve done for security on the premises. Good experience so far.
