“I've always had great experiences with them. They know their stuff and always find the problems quickly, without needing to bring the vehicle back multiple times. Trustworthy. Don't try to talk you into a bunch of additional work, and are honest about if something needs to be taken care of right away, or can wait. Also don't charge a huge mark up. I've never felt the costs were the least bit high.The only "Problem" I've experienced, is that sometimes it takes awhile to be able to get in to have it looked at. Which is because they are very busy. Which is because they are very good.”
“Fantastic customer service, excellent quality of work. I had these guys install a driver's seat heater and also a new head unit. The head unit ended up having issues with Android Auto connectivity (through no fault of Film at Eleven) due to a problem with the unit that was received. Film at Eleven got my car back in the same week to install a new head unit at no charge to me. The guys were pleasant to deal with in person as well, and I will gladly take my car back to them again if I ever need more work done.”
“Very happy with the work Alan Clark Body Shop did. Our insurance set us up with them for hail repair and a hood replacement. We were estimated it would take about a week. The car was done in 2 days, even after the initial replacement hood arrived damaged. The team worked hard to get the job done correctly. We really appreciate having this shop in town!”

“I had the most amazing experience at O'Reilly today! My daughters car needed to have her back lights replaced and we bought the canister to recharge the freon in her car. Jaden and Reuben were so helpful! Not only did they help us install the lights, but they helped us recharge her cooling system and it went from feeling like the devils butt crack to being cool as a a breeze in her car! I really appreciate them not only making sure that we had the right parts, but that we were fully functional before we left! Those young men were trained so well! I hope they're up for raises soon because they're well deserved!!”
