“So impressed by the lovely customer service I received today. Store was well staffed, clean, and well organized. As I walked through the aisles, employees were sure to ask me if I needed anything. When I realized I needed a box of items off a tall shelf, not one, but two associates were happy to help me immediately. Items were still in the retail wholesale box. They opened the box for me to make sure all items were in there. And when they realized the box would not fit in my cart, they immediately got me a flat cart and took the old one away for me. The associate at the self checkout had no problem figuring out how to ring up my box of items without having to unboxed them all. Super helpful and efficient store!”

“Over the years we've purchase washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave here. Always been impressed with the sales and installation personnel. Just had an issue with our 4 year old refrigerator. From the time I stopped in the store to inquire about service, within 24 hours had a service person arrive. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have recommended them to our friends and will continue doing so.”
