Says number is discontinued and when you go to the address it’s an abandoned house. They left their trash can at our house full of trash when we have never used them.

Does anyone know what we do with the trash bins? We moved into our house in November, we go through Howies and with this service not in service anymore. I have 2 bins that I don't need or use. TIA
