My fiance and I were feeling dejected when we realized we couldn't quite afford a house of our own yet. However, that quickly turned around when we discovered Watercress. We liked what we saw online and quickly scheduled a tour.
When we arrived, Audrey was happy to greet us and made us immediately feel welcome. She was easy to talk with, knowledgeable, patient as we asked all our questions, and gave us the full tour of each type of unit the complex offers. We were very excited about the lofts and knew we wanted to apply straightaway.
Audrey was very helpful again and made what might have been a frustrating experience online into a smooth, quick process in her office as we completed them on the spot. She kept in touch with us and was excited to notify us we'd been approved and the loft was ours!
We're very happy with our new home, and are very grateful to Audrey and the others in the office for helping us quickly navigate the process to secure the next best thing to our own future house, one day.

Audrey helped my fiance and I on the day we came to tour the apartment complex. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were so excited to move in and she helped the application process go as smoothly as possible. We would definitely recommend her help to a friend. We are very happy with our new apartment!

I've really enjoyed my short period of time here at Watercress, I just wanted to Thank Audrey for how she always goes above and beyond to help me out with every situation i've had to go through during my stay. She was always kind with a friendly and sociable attitude! Highly recommend to see her if you were to ever need help with anything!

I want to thank Sabrina, Evelyn, Kierra who work in the leasing building as well as Bill who’s head of maintenance and Ryan who’s is an maintenance tech for all their amazing work that each of these caring, quick response, and helpful individuals. The girls are always available to answer any and all questions I have, as I recently moved into Watercress Apt’s and town homes at the end of May 2023. I had a toilet that was clogged and maintenance showed up within 15 min after my call. I love where I live now at Watercress, and I wouldn’t change anything anything about this friendly community. Thank you for everything you each go for your tenants. You all go above and beyond for us and I can’t extend my condolences enough! Best choice I’ve made moving into Watercress Apartments and Town Homes, best decision I’ve made. Again thank you to all staff, y’all are the BEST of the BEST!
