If I could give this a zero, I would. Here are the issues:1. I set up the account late afternoon on 11/12. Went to the location with my code, got a "Access Denied, Location Closed" error. Customer service not open to call.2. Went again on 11/13 in the evening, same issue. Also, customer service closed.3. Went on the morning of 11/14, was able to enter the facility, didn't have time for anything else but got in at least. Called customer service, they said I should be fine that evening. Went back that evening, couldn't get in. Customer service gave us a temp code, supposed to be good for a week.4. There was a green tag on our unit, so I still could not open it.5. Went back on 11/15 in the evening, could not get in, temp code said it was not recognized. Called, got a temp code, went in and got the green tag off. Still could not open the unit as the lever that needed to slide left to open the door was damaged. Customer service was going to transfer me to someone else, I elected to cancel the unit. Was told they had to schedule a move out (of a unit I have never even opened).I went to a competitor, would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not rent a unit here a bunch of us have been robbed of everything in the units. There is never anyone there the cameras that are suppose to be always on never are they refuse to work with police to help and the gates which are suppose to have a code to get in aren’t always actually shut.

So far good but it looks like I need to clean the locker just a bit before I put my stuff in storage. I am a clean nut so I am very strict on cleanness

Not a business I would refer people to use. Red dot does not have an attendant on duty to return a key to, no drop box to put the key in, and they will not refund partial month vacated. They raised my rent from 85.00 per month to 175.00 over a 2 year period.
