“I bought my used car from Louisburg Ford in August 2023. I took my car in for routine maintenance at 40,000 miles. Everything was done as needed, including changing my wiper blades as I requested. In the end because of my FordPass points, my price was $0.00!! My car is running beautifully. I'm very impressed with the service shop and their personnel who were all friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything they did.”

“I have quit buying parts online. O'Reilly's is the only place I will go. They earned my loyalty because I bought a starter and had to come back later that day because it had to shipped from the warehouse (66 Dart) and I dropped off the core. I hadn't realized I was accidently charged for the core and the following day I received a call from O"Reilly's explaining to me that I was accidently charged for the core even though I returned it. They refunded my money over the phone. No one does that anymore. That is above and beyond customer service. I've had to return parts in the past and there is never an issue. I could go on and on but this is the best auto parts store around with the absolute best staff!!!”
