“I had just flown in to Liberal from San Antonio, TX. When I left the airport, I had an emergency as I noticed my car had a flat tire. I changed the flat tire in 10 degree weather with my spare only to realize that the spare tire was also flat. Luckily Best One was at a very convenient location not too far from the airport as I used google maps to find the nearest reputable tire service shop and I took my vehicle there. I did not expect to receive such a remarkable experience at BestOne as a new customer. From the get-go they took the time to change both spare and regular tire and they took the initiative to drive to the warehouse to pick up a Firestone tire that was for my vehicle. Erin & Kary made my experience just remarkable. Erin took the time necessary to be courteous, efficient and thorough in helping me find the best deal for tires. While I waited for my vehicle to get serviced, Erin & Kary made me feel at home with their exemplary communication, customer service skills and sense of humor. I wasn't expecting to bond so quickly as they made me feel like home. Like Vin Diesel says in the Fast & Furious movies, they made me feel like FAMILY. Haha. To Darvin and whichever manager is reading this, please consider giving both Erin & Kary recognition for their superior customer service skills, even a RAISE!
