Daughters car broke down on the side of the highway so I went to go get it and within 10 mins they already had it towed to liberal and want to charge me over $650 to get it out this is ridiculous and they won’t even let her get her license or debt card. What a sorry company

Extremely unprofessional and takes advantage of people in distress. My parents got into an accident and I called 911 for a police report. Somehow this towing company shows up too and when we say we'll take the car home ourselves they charge us $150 for showing up when we didn't even ask them to come out. I've never heard of police calling in a tow company when unrequested.

The body shop went above and beyond in helping me in an accident. I was traveling through Kansas from Illinois and hit a deer. The towing service they provide was quick and the body shop helped me in dealing with the insurance process for my vehicle. A BIG THANK YOU to all at "THE" Body Shop!

The review of Devan being rude was AFTER the reviewer called at midnight for a motor club that wanted TBS to do a tow for WAY UNDER what our price was. The reviewer then told TBS that he wasn't going to pay our price, and that TBS should do the call for his price and like it. Devan then told him that that wasn't going to happen. The reviewer then started cussing at Devan, and Devan hung up.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE....DEVIN WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!I called one night and asked for a quote to tow a vehicle. Guy named Devin picked up. He quoted me 681 dollars. I told him I would have to call him back and he HUNG up in my face. I forgot I wrote his name down and forrgot it... I called him back and asked for his name and he said "You got it when you called me the first time" and hung up in my face again. I called him back again and I asked when he would be able to pick the vehicle up and he said 30mins and HUNG up in my face again.
