HomeTown Inn By OYO - Liberal, KS is a larger hotel that is very affordable with an exceptional price. The rooms are clean, updated, and refreshing. They include comfortable beds, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a shower with amazing pressure and hot water. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and welcoming, with a pleasantly decorated entrance that smells good. The staff is very kind, friendly, understanding, and accommodating, providing excellent service. The hotel is located in a safe area close to restaurants and gas stations and offers a CDL discount. Some guests note the heater may need to be turned all the way up on cold nights and recommend working directly with the front desk rather than booking online for the best experience. While not super fancy, it is described as exactly what was needed for a comfortable stay.
It's very old, management is trying to make it more comfortable by adding AC units in each room, however they are too small and for most of the night it was cooler outside than in our room.

Annie was so nice and accommodating! Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very fairly priced. Our son especially loved seeing all the plants they had sitting by the room doors! Overall a nice stay, but I can’t get over how helpful and wonderful Annie and her staff were!

This place is well run and right on the highway. The rooms are a bit dated but kept very clean with the sweet scent of incense filling the halls. I felt that the place was nicely priced and safe. I would recommend staying here while you are in Liberal.
